My family and I went here for Easter Brunch. I must say everything across the board was Absolutely phenomenal. Professional customer service all the way around. Flexible and accommodating with last minute reservations. The whole staff was friendly, attentive and polite. The food was amazing!!!! It’s rare that you get the whole package- food and customer service. They would get 10 stars if they had that many.
The food was definitely five stars! The service is a little slow, but the comfortable outdoor seating area was a nice place to visit and wait. The Parisian croissant almond French toast is a delicious treat! The vanilla French toast and California omelette were also very good. All dishes were good sized servings and nicely presented. Our drinks were empty for a long time, which was disappointing but otherwise we'd definitely return.
I had a wonderful time dining here! The seafood quesadilla and lobster ravioli were big hits, not to mention the Caesar salad was excellent. Seriously, even the CROUTONS were AMAZING! They were perfectly toasted and actually tasted like bread, not crunchy salad rocks. Overall I would describe the restaurant as trendy and affordable with a varied menu of filling meals. Extra bonus - the waitstaff is very attentive and friendly.
Couldn't have had a more beautiful day today to eat curbside. While the food tasted wonderful and the restaurant packed around the lunch hour, the cooks forgot to read the waiter's order adjustment so one dish had to go back. The other was not what one would expect for a menu stating turkey piled high 3, 1/8" thick deli slices. But at least we weren't the family with 2 teenagers that were seated before we arrived and got their food very cold based on the mother's exclamation after our return order came back to our table.
I had brunch on a Sunday with friends. I had the Eggs Benedict with crab and turkey bacon on the side. It was very flavorful and the presentation was very nice. The eggs were cooked spot on! All of the meals we had looked great and tasted even better. The restaurant was full and the hostess was very accommodating. It is a small space so making reservations or being prepared to wait should be expected. It is a nice eclectic space and the music being played added to the relaxing atmosphere. If in the area again I would stop by here again.
Rating on customer service and ambiance so far. I like to be greeted with a smile and to feel welcomed. I also did not enjoy the noise level from slamming dishes as tables were cleared and reset. I did not feel appreciated as a customer, I was walked past constantly and never checked on. I had to flag down my server, who’s name I was never given by the way. Just a little off putting but my brunch came out fast and everything was delicious and hot. I always tip when eating out but didn’t feel like they deserved it. They were the nicest when I was leaving. Good food alone doesn’t keep you in business.
Look no further for an outstanding brunch in Fells Point. We ordered the famous chicken and waffles, the salmon scramble, a mezzo plate and spicy chicken tenders. This place is pet friendly and the open air is wonderful way to enjoy a morning meal with friends, family and loved ones.
I arrived around the close time of the restaurant but I am still invited. The food is served at the good portion and good taste. Fried calamari is crispy and light without a heavy and oily burden. For entree, I tried grilled chicken and crab cake. The taste is at the average standard but the price is comparatively low. I like the decorations so much. Everything looks warm and comfortable.
Basically it's an upscale diner. The service was good, the atmosphere was cute, and the food was okay. We got a spinach and feta Quesadilla, which wasn't bad, but really watery. I had the steak and eggs. Both were overcooked, but still tasted nice. There's a really cool back room that I wish we'd been seated in.Food: 4/5
We had an enjoyable brunch at Twist during our short trip to Baltimore. It was packed when we arrived on a Saturday morning, but we got seated right away. The hostess and servers were attentive, but seemed a bit distracted by/overwhelmed with the volume of service. The temperature inside the restaurant was a bit higher than we would have liked, though it was a VERY hot and humid day. We ordered the crab omelette and crab sandwich, both of which were delicious and packed with crab meat!. Overall, the food was great for the value and we would consider returning on our next trip to the area.
