Your employee Keith Baker in your NY office is promoting hate speech all over instagram with your company name, address and phone number inside his instagram bio. That is how I found your company, yet I live across the united states. This man is not only a horrific human being for saying disgusting things against the queer community but clearly he has no regard for the image of your company considering close to 35,000 people have seen his comments with your company's name attached to such horrific ugly words.. He should definitely be fired, and if he is not fired, it is very telling your company most likely stands by Keiths words of hate against the queer community smeared all over the internet.

Clean, Spacious + Wonderful office. The people who work here are extremely knowledgeable, and their partnerships give agents amazing perks for booking travel - for example, if I was to stay at a hotel that's part of Tzell's SELECT program tzellselect.com I could get a free massage, or free breakfast, early/late check in and check out - or I might get all of those benefits! It changes by property but definitely ask your agent if you want something else - they'll do their best to accommodate!

We are so happy we planned our honeymoon with Shay and Tzell Travel.  We decided we wanted to go to New Zealand and did a little planning on our own.  Neither of us had been there before and were having some trouble planning out the logistics.  Shay was recommended to us by a few different friends and she was amazing from day one.   Shay listened to what we wanted but also helped us keep our plans realistic.  After our first conversation, she sent us a few different rough sample itineraries to just help us figure out the timing considering the substantial travel time.   Shay never tried to push us one way or the other and let us play as much of a role in the planning as we wanted.  We changed a few things as we went through the planning process and Shay never missed a beat.  She communicated with us throughout the process to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Everything she booked for us was fantastic.  Right before we left, we received a packet that had all of our tickets and a detailed itinerary.  We also were able to access all of these materials through an app.  The activities and local guides she found were all great!  We had no issues with anything because Shay had taken care of it all!  We highly recommend using Shay to plan any trip you are taking. We look forward to booking another trip asap!

Horrible experience. Paid for cruise trip 3 months in advance to travel agent. Cruise line canceled trip 4 days before departure due to non payment. The agent didnt pay for our trip with our money in time so she put it all on her credit card so the cruise line would rebook us. Then we risked losing the amenities we paid for bc those were also canceled. Very poor communication and when I spoke with cruise line, their story was totally different than the agents.

Aharon was incredibly helpful. I was incredibly difficult. Decided very late. Changed my mind multiple times. He got me Aisle exit from SLC to JFK, and from Ontario to SLC and extra leg room back and forth to Tel Aviv. Aharon, you earned the 5 stars. And if you give me more than 1, you are too generous. I would recommend Tzell and Aharon with pleasure.

They always take such good care, and make sure to remember past bookings to make it easier for the next time. Love them!
