Carl M. Is  awesome, I had our brand new Mercedes Sprinter van wired elswhere and had a problem with the wiring, Carl was able to fix it in about an hour. He is very knowledgeable.

Have rented trucks and trailers from this location.  No complaints aside from the long line when they open.  (I guess everyone wants to start their moving day early)

Completely the worst customer service ever. But on the plus side i know to never go to u haul again because of how bad the staff was at this one store.

Friendly staff, but corporate policy prohibits trailer rentals to topless Jeep Wranglers, as if fiberglass is real protection in an accident. BUT, having said that, the staff was helpful & friendly, so 5 stars for them.
