Budget Truck Rental

**Despite what the website says, this location does NOT offer after hours drop off!** We had a really poor experience renting from Budget, from the truck to the customer service. Absolutely do not recommend. But this location was fine enough aside from the incorrect listing.

Be careful they dont have onsite parking, appointments don't mean anything here so expect to wait regardless. You will need to bring a friend to drive your other car out since they dont have parking. Its ludicrous.

The entire experience was great until the very end when I tried to put fuel in the truck. The gas attendant said he could only get 1 gallon in and the pump shuts off. I made him swipe my card and try again. I took both receipts back to Budget and told them about the issue. Both employees were well aware of the issue and said it happens all of the time. They forced me to drive the truck back to the gas station (only a few miles) and then forced the attendant to try several times to make the pump work. I was not happy with this experience. I now have 5 charges on my card and I was late to catch my train because I had to go through this process. If I did not return to the gas station they would have charged me $30 for a service fee on top of the total gas price. I offered to pay cash or card guessing that I used at least 10 gallons, but this was not good enough for them. Terrible customer service. At least I had time to write a review while sitting here waiting for the next train.
