Jeffery, the general manager, was great to work with and really went the extra mile for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. However, I went a second time for service on Saturday, for a 9am appointment. They failed to set appropriate expectations, and I ended up having to spend the ENTIRE DAY waiting for my trailer hitch to be set up. I kept checking with them, and they kept saying, it will be next, should be only another hour or two. They started work on it at 4pm and finished at 5pm.

Useless Damaged my vehicle installing a hitch. Then refused to refill my propane tank that they have been refilling for the last four years. This place is a joke!

Friendly staff, equipment in excellent condition. They really helped me out when the power lift for my power scooter failed... They put my lift and scooter on the trailer for me and secured everything for my 1,500 mile trip. Thanks guys!
