So we RESERVED a truck for today to move some furniture. Get a call a couple hours prior telling us there are no trucks available. No apologies, coupons, or discounts for any inconvenience. Just "we don't have any truck for you." Please explain what the point of doing an online reservation is?

I rented a truck here and was satisfied. The prices are reasonable and the staff are  helpful. It's sometimes understaffed causing a wait.

The guy here is so damn slow, and rude. He tries to make you feel guilty for not buying something and makes you believe you will have to pay a million dollars if there is a scratch on the truck. I have been waiting in line to pick up for over an hour. This place is a joke.
