Penske Truck Rental

Disappointed in the communication at this location. We reserved a 12ft truck and the site does say that they may have to give you a different size but when you book it two weeks in advance then get a call two days before your supposed to pick up, an hour before they close letting you know they will be giving you a bigger truck because they don't have 12 ft at that location it is very frustrating. If they don't have that size then they shouldn't have it on their website. Or, they could have called more than two days before to let us know. We would have made other arrangements. I was mot satisfied with the communication from the staff. Had to push for a discounted on the truck for the inconvenience of it all. Very frustrating. Will not recommend this location for that reason alone.

Great prices! Beats out the other moving truck places hands down! Picking up the truck (and trailer) was easy and the gentleman who helped us was friendly and efficient. The night drop is amazingly easy. I won't rent from anywhere else!

Spend a few extra dollars and get worry free truck at this and other penske truck rentals. Have rented here a few times. Truck is all ways ready. Stay away from the cheap Orange trucks
