I originally had a reservation at the downtown location for a pickup, but due to the previous customer bringing it back late, my reservation was moved to this one. Uhaul was on top of it and notified me before I picked up so there was no problem. Great service all around, will definitely go with Uhaul again in the future.

Need a different person inside dealing with customers. The young woman that helped me doesn't need to be dealing with any business trying to make money. I almost walked out, but really needed a tow dolly. The guy outside was chill and made me feel better that I was spending my money with this rat hole of a place
