U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Reserved 15' truck and paid for and everything. Came to pick up via mobile confirmation and no key was available. Called customer support and walked through everything we could do and nothing. Facility failed to set up keys for truck. Lock boxes were empty. Wasted my time and money to drive out here to look at an empty truck.

Bad bad service, the guy called us and harassed us about bringing the uhaul on time saying he had already promised it to someone two months ago even tho we just got it a week ago and where bringing it from Houston, how the hell did he promised something 2 months ago ??? Then he continued to guilt trip us into bringing it on time even tho we had some issues along the way. When does a trip ever go as planned…. Will never be coming back here

Its bobs lock and cycle you can rent a u-haul for get small engine parts and bicycle parts and services.
