I went to ask about getting a truck. He told me that all he had was a pick up truck. He didn't try to look to see what anyone else had or anything. I then look on the website and it tells me that they did have one in the size that would have been perfect. They also had two different ones on display and yet couldn't pull those to use.... I'll go right down the street to budget and right beside them in enterprise...

Staff are not the friendliest around. Only went for a Propane Refill at $2.99 a gallon and got it on the first trip. I was there a second time and was told that the bottom rim on the propane tank was bent slightly and they couldn't fill it. Took it somewhere else and had it filled. Been there previously for a Hitch fixed and they didn't know what to do. It kept messing my brake and parking lights up. They could not fix it, so I had to have them take the hitch off. Of course they didn't give me my money back. O well. Suck it up I told myself. But it isn't the greatest place for assistance.

Walked in to find 2 employees yelling at another customer then i was dismissed as a "walk in" until the end of the day since system was down. Very rude. Gotta a truck at budget 5 minutes later. Will never rent here again with current staff
