Do not go to this place. Horrible customer service. You may or may not get your reservation. Uhaul. Where you may get a vehicle if we have any even though you have a reservation called an 90 minutes before picking them up confirmed they were there. Rent if you like but be prepared to be screwed

I never write reviews on the internet. I have been in this location 3-4 times. Purchased and had a hitch installed, rented multiple trucks/trailers. Every single time it seems like the staff is incredibly respectful and friendly and kind and professional and thoughtful of my time even when it takes a few extra minutes

Friendly management. I wish they might have been a bit faster. I had to wait fairly long to get my reservation picked up.

Horrible customer service! Two days before I am set to move out of my home, they call me to tell me they have no trucks available at the location I requested. I made this reservation weeks ago, and to top off having this thrown on me last minute, I have to drive 45 minutes to pick up a vehicle in a different town. Each person I spoke with was rude, uncaring, and unhelpful. Just save time and a headache and use Budget. They won't overbook, and screw you over last minute.
