Penske Truck Rental

Customer service was fine. Both men at the desk were friendly. The mechanics however, need training. Why rent out a diesel truck that has tires that should have been replaced a while ago and Def issues. We had to replace the truck in Memphis TN is which was a other joke all in itself. Penske needs to send corporate down to these stores and hire qualified, trained employees who can do their jobs.

Mike did a great job making sure we had to trucks ready for our big move. With all the headaches that come with moving Mike did a great job making sure our trucks went smooth and easy. Penske is the way to go and will never look to the other guys again.

While everything has been nothing but a major headache for our move to Missouri, Penske Truck Rental on Seaway in Gulfport Ms and specifically Mike at the rental desk has been fantastic. He went over and above all expectations with his customer service. My wife and I couldn't be happier! Thank you very much!

A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Mike at Penske in Gulfport, MS! The day of our move from MS to CA we were without a truck (from another company). In the middle of the day we drove to this Penske office in Gulfport. Mike not only got us a truck on the spot, he also got us a car trailer, dolly, moving pads and insurance for the truck all at competitive rates. We were able to get the move done the same day and arrive in CA as planned. Mike definitely went above and beyond!!! Anyone looking to rent in Gulfport, look no further than Penske on Seaway Rd.
