U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Rented a 15 ft u-haul for Saturday morning but was not picking the truck up until after one but was told to be there before noon to get keys and contract cause they would be closed and they was not open on Sunday. So I went over at 9:00 a.m paid 100.00 deposit and was told to put the keys in the drop box when I returned the truck the following day. I ask what time it had to be returned and was told, it is suppose to be 24 hours but since we are not here tomorrow just put the keys in the drop box it doesn"t matter. Then come in Monday and we will figure the mileage and do your paperwork. Then I am getting a call at 8:03 a.m. Sunday morning telling me that u-haul rented the truck and I needed to have it there by 8:30 or I was being charged for another day. When I got there a woman was there that said she had rented a larger one and they didn't have it and tried to send her to Washington Pa. When she refused then they called me for the next size down and demand I bring that back immediately.. When I told the idiot Larry that was working there Saturday and Sunday morning that I would never rent from u-haul again he had the nerve to tell me he would see to it that I never rent from u-haul cause he would put my name in the system. Like I did something wrong. These people are the ones renting out trucks to people that they don't even have on their lot for rental.. Very rude and unprofessional. They have no idea what the hell they are doing there. Would not recommend ASAP U-HAUL SERVICE if they were free!!!!!

I haven't used the U-Haul, but their auto work is awesome.

Good people. I rented a small tow behind for a trip leaving the next day. Hooked it up..no tow lights. No shop in the area would even look at my vehicle for next few days. Called them and they said uhaul policy was no refund. I took it back and they said they were going to give me a refund anyway.

Great price great service. They didn't even give us a hassle for bringing the truck back two days late. One phone call and they were okay with it!! And their price was half of their competition!!?

I called to set a reservation for a 26' truck. Not only did Brian give me an outstanding deal for a weekend rental but he also found money I was owed from renting with him on a previous occasion to move my mother. Hopefully I'll never move again. But if I do this is the place to go.
