Total bait and switch experience. I called before I came there, asking if they had a cargo van for a 1 day rental. They said they did. When I got there, they said their “cargo van” was their small box truck (which is different rate and a different style of vehicle). Then when I proceeded further, he told me and another person in line that I could only rent the box truck until the end of the day. What a joke! Thanks a lot for wasting 2 hours of my day.

Horrible service and overly priced. I doubt i use uhaul again thanks to this location. Penske sounds a lot better now unlese locations like these improve.

Hardy runs it. Nice man. Cold so later than 8 but seems to be great establishment. 4yrs running now. I'm from this area(Rosedale boy, Authentic Wydotte county Man.) Most beautiful exotic antique cars worked on @ establishment connected- Anders, Yorkes, and Uhaul. Definitely well equipped & no wait on the things you need. Plenty of trucks here & most definitely great service for you antique. Fix or restoration.. Bill runs restoration of your finnest automobiles.. Thumbs up....
