Walmart Pharmacy

I switched from another local pharmacy because Walmart cares enough to have the lowest drug prices around. During the switch from one pharmacy to another, there were many lengthy conversations with different staff. Each and everyone of the pharmacy staff were kind, helpful, courteous and caring. I have never received customer service of this quality from the past pharmacy that I used for many years. I have never once been made to feel like I was taking too much of their time. Even though I am new to this pharmacy, the staff members already act like they know me when I call. I can't thank you enough for making the transition from one pharmacy, that I have dealt with for some 30+ years, to your pharmacy-as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Worse experience ever, medicine super expensive and I was never informed of their not return policy. So I am out $370 for a prescription that my wife pays $70 at other pharmacy. Never filling my prescription here ever again" #WorseCustomerServiceEver

RACIST!!!! I was the only person in the customer service line. The lady was on the phone just standing there looking at me for 5 min until she was threw with her call. Than she comes up to me looking crazy asking may I help you. I went there to cash my check. She refused to cash it because it said Michael J Williams. My driver's license says Michael Jr Williams. She refused to cash it because of that. Even though I cash it every week at the Walmart at the Legends. She said there is nothing that she can do for me. I asked to speak to a manager. She than goes and tells me that the Manager is in a meeting. A meeting at 9:00 in the morning. Whatever. I went straight to the Walmart at the Legends and cashed my check with out any hassle. I will not return to ANY Walmart again because of this though. And persuade my family and friends to avoid Walmart at all cost.
