U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Made a reservation a week in advance. They did our reservation incorrectly so we had nothing on the day we needed to move. Failed to mention that there is no 20 footers in advance and try to help us with our needs. They hardly worked with us and gave preference to others even though we reserved in advance. We finally had to call the Uhaul center in Casper who helped us get a 15 footer and a trailer and had to fix their mistakes because they said we lived in a different town. I wish I could give 0 stars and they should have paid our gas to get to Cheyenne due to their gross mistakes and poor customer service. My advice: Deal with the Uhaul center in Casper if you need to move out of Laramie. They know what they are doing.

I don't do reveiws, because you never know the real reason the person is writing the reveiws,and if it's fair.But today I had to write about these guys a A & C feed and seed (Uhaul). Im a trucker and the truck broke down so I felt it was cheap to drive to Brighton,Co. So renting a Uhaul van was cheaper than a rental car. Cody pick me up and on my way back Allen gave me a ride back to Petro ,you can't fake this type of kindness. God bless this company .Thank You . Cody and Allen.

So friendly, helpful, and competent. I wish I could take the whole darned store and folks inside with me to New Mexico.

These guys have no idea what they're doing. I reserved a trailer 2 weeks in advance as I was moving out of state. They checked out my trucks tow rating and trailer hitch and said everything was good to go. Upon hooking up the trailer (and paying for it,) on the day of my move, they realized all of the sudden that my hitch couldn't pull the size of trailer I needed. They really hung me out to dry, not to mention the stares I got from their employees both times I was there. I'll never go here again.
