Don't listen to the haters! They are obviously trying to sabotage this great business! I have rented many many times from this location and have always gotten amazing and fast service! Bob is a great guy who knows exactly what he is doing and is very knowledgeable in answering any questions you may have! Highly recommend this location for anyone needing a U-Haul!

One of the greatest U-Haul Locations I have ever been too! I made a reservation through them and was told right away that it is only a reservation and I'm not guaranteed to pick up my equipment from this location. 24 hours before my rental, I got a call from U-Haul and was told exactly where and when I could get my truck that I reserved. Thank you for the outstanding service and for answering all of my questions! Will direct everyone I know that is moving to you guys!

Some people just need to realize it’s not this guy or his dealership . It comes down to corporate Uhaul and U-Haul making the decisions of where the equipment lands.. So before reviewing somebody get your facts correct , and don’t judge somebody because of your lack of knowledge of Uhaul and how it really works. . Have rented from this place many times, great location to rent from.

I reserved a trailer ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE, shhok hands eith dealer who guaranteed I'd have the trailer today, 23 Feb 2018. I even verified it earlier this week. My daughter goes to pick it up and NOTHING! He said I would have to go to Laramie to get one, no apologies, NOTHING! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE, VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HOPEFULLY UHAUL WILL REVOKE HIS DEALERSHIP LICENSE! I'D LEAVE A -10 RATING IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE.

the guy was a d*ck and wouldnt help me because it was 7minutes until close, then he presided to tell me i was wrong and didnt know what i was talking about and then interrogated me and tried to belittle me, complete a55hole. don't ever go here, ever.
