I had the same experience as the last three reviews. I called to make changes to a reservation and the young male who answered could not care less. Maybe corporate will take notice and make appropriate changes but for now I'll look elsewhere for my ongoing local moving needs.

Called about an early truck pick up guy was completely useless as he didn't ask for morning or night and just set it for night. Who moves at 10:30 at night? Asked if we could cancel or move the time and the rude employee said just go for it and canceled our appointment before we even got back into our car.

The worst experience how are you able to make reservations knowing that you will not have anything available. Then unfortunately the customer is notified at the last minute and has to make other arrangements. And the customer service agent seems to have no consideration nor do they seem to care

The service of this place was amazing! My wife and I recently purchased a house up the road, and needed a truck to move from our old residence. We walked in, not realizing we should have called before hand to reserve a truckthe last time we rented one, we did not have to. The gentlemenI believe he was the owner let me know that they did not have much in stock, especially for what I was needing. That did not stop him from trying everything in his power to get me out of there with one. He rented me what he called a "one way" which they usually don't do for in city. There was no additional charge, or showing of any inconvenience on his behalf. He just wanted to help. Fantastic customer service, and an amazing staff.

We set up our rental online to have a basic pickup for about 4 hours one day. When we got there, we had to wait an hour just to get it. It was actually just a pickup location at a gas station. I expect sometimes things happen, but what really bothered me was one of the older men working there was really aggressive and complained that we "millenials" always need things right away. Then he proceeded to lecture me about how expensive the truck was and that's why I need to learn to wait. It was an extremely confusing interaction because I said all of one statement to him - that we needed to know how much longer it takes because my child has autism and the heat was getting to him after an hour. Truck was great though!

Ron and Kelly always provide excellent service. So glad they handle U-HAUL reservations. My last rental was set up thru Kelly. It was a perfect experience with great customer service.

I wish every neighborhood had a place like this on the corner! There literally is everything you could possibly need in one easy to get to locating. ATM, convenience items, propane tank filling, Uhaul services, air, and of course gas always at a good price. The staff are always friendly and eager to help. Fantastic little place.

Staff consisted of a Male and female. Extremely courteous and helpful. I will definitely rent from these folks again!

The workers are always helpful 2nd time I've used this Uhaul. Works great, definitely recommend.
