The guy working couldn’t hardly speak English, so not a lot of communication on anything. He apparently gave us the wrong truck, even though the paper work is correct. Then when we got back, he tried to over charge us miles. Said we drove 75, even though we were only in town and drove 20 on the dot!! Take pictures people! Uhual Get better people! And make sure your equipment is ready for each customer.
Worst experience I have ever had with a Uhaul vendor. Conoco on 38th Ave Denver. Employee push me to the side to wait on convenience store business. He pretended to not speak much english and at a very low tone. Could not print rental agreements. Uhaul attempted to add in insurance without my consent after I had prepaid over $1,200 for the rental. Convenience store clerk wound up sticking me $35 extra that he could not tell me what it was for and wouldn't let me leave until I paid it. Had also rented a dolly and pads he had no idea about and would have let me leave without them, had I not questioned it. The whole ordeal took two trips, 3 hours, on hold with uhaul for 20 minutes, and should typically take about 30 minutes tops. I would also mention that the store owner was absent and I suspect knows his business is sub standard. The only way these people will do any better is to stop doing business with them. Note, this was hastily penned on my phone after my nerves had settled. Hope this gets some well deserved attention.
Absolutely horrible service. We booked a U-Haul with a couple dollies and blankets. None of those things were already in the truck and we only got one dollie. Both pick up and drop off is done by one super slow person who kept stopping to help convenience store customers. With no line and a reservation it took us 30 minutes to drop off and pick up the U-Haul.
This location sucks. They'll let you book a van after hours, but when you go to collect, it will tell you that you need to wait till opening hours. I called and apparently they don't have lock boxes but still take bookings??? I waited two hours for them to open. Then the attendant took photos of my licence on his personal phone not using the uhaul app. He then used the uhaul app. I asked him to delete the photos he took and he denied he took them. I asked him to open his photos, and there was my licence... Sketchy. Can't believe uhaul is associated with this sketchy place Avoid at all costs.
If I could give zero stars I would. Over charged me $75.00. Clearly their mistake. They would not resolve the issue. I had to make about four phone calls to uhaul customer service but ultimately got refunded the money. Definitely, go someplace else!!!!!! Unethical to say the least.
This location for uhauls is horribly disgusting. I didn't even make it to the location in person but their attitudes over the phone really got to me. Rude, unprofessional, and certainly do NOT know how to do their job. Did a reservation online days ago, confirmed yesterday, just so when I call the location they say they have no idea, then the other worker kept telling the one on the phone to tell me, "no" and hang up. Do not come here.
Over charged 110.00 more than what I was quoted the truck was fine received clean, returned clean gas over what was received and I was told it was taxes 110.00. My issued was never resolved. Going to see if my bank will deduct my 110.00 from the charges amount.
Easy to pick up the truck, and the store owner is very nice and understanding. The Uhaul app needs to get better and more responsive the website works way better, but otherwise a great experience
U haul needs to suspend this location immediately. Took an hour of messing around and not communicating to get some keys booked weeks ago
I turned in a truck today after having moved from out of state. They got me on the phone with somebody who knew what was going on. She was very kind and helped me out. Make sure you have your contract number and paperwork.
