I was there in this place for cargo van. The cashier was very bad attitude. He was talking too much. I said I was moving East bay He said there lots 7/11 . He treats you very bad. Don’t go there again.
It's very hard to see tell that this place is a u-haul. It's in an auto shop. Also if the u-haul guys aren't there you're pretty screwed. You have to check in online and then wait 20 to 30 minutes for one of the mechanics to figure it out. I had requested a dolly and had it confirmed on the reservation but they didn't have one. The move was pretty brutal without it.
I brought in a BMW, still under warranty and a maintenance contact as headlights are not covered by either. BMW quoted it for $195 and these guys did it for $40. They didn't even charge for the bulb :
Had an appointment for 1:15, got here at 1:14 and the U-Haul guy is gone to lunch for an hour. Instead of waiting around we just went to the nearby U-Haul of Mountain View location.
