U-Pull-It

04/04/22 Don't waste your money or time going out there. If you do call and see if they're keeping track of the rows they pulled. They raised the entrance fee and then started having only half inventory? I've been out there weekly for about a month, and they just keep pulling rows out but not replacing the ones they pull. Every section has about half of the cars gone. Makes no sense in pulling that many and not replacing them promptly as they just raised the fee. this place has gotten even worse, then their United Auto self serve lot "that's not the same company anymore". Racist staff. Refused me service. They allowed us to enter at 4:30pm had my item pulled at 4:50pm and they refused to sell it to us. Mangers do not honor they 5pm time, 4:30 time on their lot means nothing. I hope all people know the this company is rude, wrong and stupid. I had to call the police on the staff to right their wrong! Horrible staff!!

Some of the employees at the counter are racist....in general it's the best place to find parts...the layout of the yards are great and accessable....I love this place because the owner is my friend and a great human being....he needs to teach the front desk employees not to play the race card

Excellent place to find used auto parts and save big. Tires are excellent deal!

Friendly service, well organized, fair prices. I can usually find what I need between both locations.

You find parts, you pull them. They charge $3 to walk the lot. They will help you find the year, make and model of the vehicle, at least what color it is and what row it’s in. Want more service than that? Go somewhere else and pay more for the part.

Poor customer service. First time going and pulled 2 electronic parts that didn’t end up working. Called back within 1 hour of buying the parts and asked if and how I could return them and they asked if I bought the warranty. I was told without a warranty there is nothing they can do. I was never explained about the warranty before or after the sale of the parts. Just wasted $60…first and last time I’ll go to this place.

Everyone knows what a great deal the parts are at u-pull-it. It's the staff though. They are great! Always willing to help you find similar cars where you might find parts that will fit. The yard is always kept clear and cars are cycled regularly. A good experience every time. Even if I don't find what I'm looking for. Thank you guys!

Refused to let me look at tires while store and registers were still open. Customer service is always cr@p.

Would rate zero stars if I could. First time there this morning and I walked in and was ignored. Finally got someone's attention to ask a couple simple questions and he was completely apathetic and rude. I guess if this is how they treat their new customers, they don't need my money.
