Had a fantastic visit from the moment I walked in. Before the visit I had prequalified my trade in over text with a gentleman named Cody. Overall that was quick and easy I was able to get it done while working a busy night. I was also working with Antonio a very informative individual. He was able to get my test drive, all my info, make copies of all my info and continued to assist me with every question even after I made the purchase. Best part they weren’t trying to lie to me, they told me everything I wanted to know. Props to the team at this location and props to Mazda for engineering amazing vehicles. Keep up the good work!! Needed service on my Mazda 6. I had an easy time scheduling an appointment. The problem was diagnosed. It was going to be a couple days to get the part, so I was given a loaner to use. Logan in the service center was great to work with. Happy to report my car is fixed and running great again.

From start to finish Dan helped me and my wife find a vehicle that fit both our wants and needs Mazda CX-30. Not only that, the prices are reasonable for the brand new vehicles and the customer service is better than anywhere I have encountered. After we made our purchase, Dan made sure that everything was set up for our trip across the country paperwork wise! Leased my 2020 Mazda6 Signature from Woodhouse in July of 2020. Aside from the wonderful car itself, Conner made the process easy and laid back. He let me have a real test drive in the car, not some quick trip around the block! He told me anything about the car I wanted to know; it was also great that he owns a Mazda6 himself so he could tell me why he personally recommended the vehicle. Conner was great! The finance experience was a bit of a hassle in getting Toyota to accept the check from Mazda to pay off my previous lease. That might have been an issue on Toyota's end--I'm not sure. Preston Twiss in the finance department did everything he could on his end to rectify the situation and in the end it all worked out. The Mazda6 is an awesome car and Mazda's new products are value-packed with features that you usually see on high-priced fancy cars, but for a fraction of the price. On top of that, they're reliable! Would definitely recommend heading over to Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue if you are in the market for a new vehicle, and want to drive something a little more upscale that you don't see on the road every day!
