I understand that things or customers can be many but they extremely rude and very disrespectful to any customers.
honestly for how long you have to wait is ridiculous.. i have to wait almost 45 mins for them to help me.
I have always received wonderful service at this branch. The poor reviews seem to reflect staff that is either no longer at this branch, or with the company. This branch has been considerably better in the past few months, and really does deserve better recognition of that.
Worst location atm anyways has issues
I had endless issues with US Bank corporate and finally talked to my branch manager Darlene and she was SOOO helpful and kind. She took time to listen to my issue and helped fix it. She is so kind, I would definitely recommend working with her and this branch.
