Chase Bank

Friendly staff, when they are open. Currently closed for an extended period of time, but the ATM is nice!

Pretty sure this place is closed and the listing has not been updated. Not even for ATM withdrawals. I've been here three times in the last month and each time I could not access the ATM using the Chase card reader. All three times were during business hours.

Have used Chase for a long time now with no issues.

For whatever reason they don’t cash checks here anymore.. the staff is professional however the banks decision to remove check cashing is terribly inconvenient and I will never be going to another Chase bank aegean.. very disappointing.

I would give 0 if I could. This chase is a glorified ATM even when the building is open. There is no teller to handle transactions. Advertising this location as a bank is a stretch

The staff at the Monaco branch are awesome! They always take time to take care of all of your banking needs and are thoughtful and pleasant.

I come to share my experience with this bank and this branch and with Miss Raquel Lazo she was totally magnificent and did her job very well and knows what she is talking about. She and her team solved a problem I had with another branch. He is professional in what he does.

Rayan and Grace are the most amazingly gracious and helpful bankers I’ve had the pleasure to work with! They are helpful, and always give the best advice. Highly recommended!
