I had a great experience with Dawn helping me set up direct deposit with one of my clients. I didn't really know what I was doing, but she helped me through the process and was always friendly, patient and professional. Great experience!

Kelsey was great! Both my brother and I needed to set up checking accounts and she was friendly, helpful, and listened to all my questions and concerns. We were in and out in a timely manner so it didn't become an all day task. Am disappointed this isn't the location closest to me because it was a good experience.

Nicole and Joe have been incredibly helpful with various account items. They are a pleasure to work with and the entire branch has a wealth of collective experience. I have a personal account with BOW across the parking lot and can attest that First Bank is a much better run establishment.

I love First Bank!I closed my accounts at another bank and moved them here and I'm glad I did. My banker Phil is great and I always receive EXCELLENT customer service from everyone in the branch. The tellers are friendly and I have never had any problems. Thank you!
