Had to get a quick notary signature. Justin Nagai was the nicest person I think I've ever met at a bank. Not to mention, he went above and beyond and provided me the FedEx supplies I needed and helped me get it shipped out. Thank you, Justin!

Sometimes very crowded but good customer service.

Decent place. Long wait sometimes, but knowledgable and friendly people. Limited fees and good hours.

Quiet location and I usually have help quickly and customer service has met my expectations. Mr. Elliott is excellent.

Never had an issue, banked here for years. Just got off the phone with a difficult to understand and rude customer service representative- not at this location, not in the U.S. I'm guessing. The woman at the branch location was friendly and polite but unable to help me; transferred me to this rude customer service representative.

This bank is worthless. I am a chase private client and the past 3 transactions have been a nightmare. Use the atm that's it. They should have closed this place.

Always understaffed and inefficient. Building is huge, why is no one working? Switched Chile after the experience and multiple credit and debit card failures that costed me time & money.
