Absolutely the best place to take your fix it needs!!! Super professional and nice, super helpful! Everyone I spoke with did a great job but James and Kevin were extra helpful. My laptop took a dump and they did everything needed to get it up and running again. If I ever need anything else fixed, this will be the place. Have a break you need fixed, don’t hesitate to come here. No charge unless they fix it. They even cleaned my laptop and it was fully charged and ready to go upon pickup.

These people are rock stars:! How so? Well: 1. They have a phone number. 2. They answer it promptly. 3. They listen. 4. They're professional and polite. 5. They confirmed what I thought the problem was. 6. They offered a sensible approach to repair if parts had to be ordered. 7. I was told it would take two hours to run diagnostics it took less than 30 minutes. 8. In my case, parts weren't needed. It was a simple fix, and 9. No charge for today's visit, even though I offered to pay:. Kevin, the young rep I called and worked with was outstanding! I called other places and filled out other shop tickets and am still awaiting a returned call as I type this. These guys earned my respect and trust today. In the words of the former governor of California, "I'll be back:!"

This is my second time going to this location. People are always very nice and willing to answer all of my questions. They are informed and perform their job well. Both times I was able to use my Verizon insurance to pay for most of the repair. Really glad they were able to work with them to cut costs.

My phones home button had been making weird sounds for months, and I didn’t want to fix it because I was afraid it would cost a lot. I finally got fed up and took it in to get the screws tightened. The guy took it, fixed it in 2 minutes, and didn’t charge me at all! I was so pleasantly surprised how quick and easy it was. They were very kind to not charge me I didn’t mention anything about my apprehension toward the cost. He was also Informative with any information I needed post operation. customer service was great! I will definitely be coming here again.

I've had consistently excellent experiences with the folks at uBreakiFix. Orlando took care of me today more specifically did a great job cleaning the charging port on my Samsung phone eliminating the need to consider spending big bucks on a replacement. I appreciate their professional yet relaxed demeanor and attention to detail. Keep up the great work.

The other uBreakiFix stores could not fix my new Galaxy Z.Fold 4. The West Cobb location took my phone several times to work on it for hours, only to say they didn't have the labor or part to fix the manufacturers issue with my Fold 4. *This location did it in 6 hours, communicated a delay in the repair time and had my phone back to looking like the day I first opened it. I recommend making an appointment before walking in and confirming that they have the parts and skilled technician/labor to fix your device.

Harrison went above and beyond when cleaning my charge port! In and out in less than five minutes. Really appreciated his friendliness and outstanding customer service. It was my first time visiting a tech fixing shop and it was a super easy experience.

They have great customer service. They hear want you have to say/explain on the issue with your device. I like how they tell you the price of the service and pay after your device had been fixed. Additionally you get an automatic one year warranty on the device for the repairs the made

Called around and these folks were the only repair center with parts in stock for my phone. Courteous, knowledgeable, repair cost explained clearly, and the repair was made the same day. That's really good service. Definitely 5 stars.

Harrison did an excellent job fixing my iPhone. He explained the issue & had it working in no time while we waited. We will definitely be back if we have any other issues.
