ALL the staff was great up until I met the doctor who obviously didn't know I could hear him but the door was left open and he was talking sh,-t to the nurse about how I just explained the pain in my eye. The nurse came back in to find junk under my eyelid.. Long story short the doctor made me feel like I was disturbing his day. Well snotty pants, I hope you don't treat everyone like you are so much better than them or you might not have a practice. I loved the front desk lady's and my nurse was awesome but that doctor can kick rocks.you work for an emergency clinic sir not hospital of the stars.
Front desk staff absolutely awful!!! Nursing staff just as bad! Sent to the ER by Children's Hospital Nurse Line for stabbing abdominal pain for over an hour. Was told to have my 14 yr old son seen within the hour to rule out anything life threatening. Waited in lobby for over an hour after explaining what was going on. My son was vomiting in the waiting room and in so much pain. Staff told me I could leave if I didn't want to wait. If my son wasn't in so much pain I would have left...I'll never go back! I'll always give a bad review! I'll never recommend this facility to anyone! Hopefully they get all new staff or close it down...UCHealth...I'm ashamed of you...you can do better than this! No one should ever suffer unnecessarily...your staff doesn't represent your core values!!! Check up on this building...the staff is aloud to do as they please and are giving UCHealth a bad name!
I was very pleased with my visit. I was turned down by the urgent care and they said they would not be able to help me with my Asthma. Here at the UC health emergency room said come right over and never hesitated on helping me. Front office, nurse, xray tech and doctor, were all super nice and understanding of my situation and everything went so smooth.
Had a heart attack and a stroke before. Went in there with my blood pressure sky high. 200 over 155. The Dr told me he don't do anything till my heart rate was 300.what stroke level he don't do anything thing. A joke of there. I wonder what is the survival rate is. Probably not good. They seem like they or just there not to help but just to make a check.
I was directed to go to this ER by a UCHealth urgent care doctor for chest pain. The urgent care facility did not have the proper blood test. Received a blood test, EKG, and an x-ray here. Talked to the doctor for about 10 minutes. Was at the facility for about 90 minutes total. Billed $9800 dollars as an in-network provider to my insurance, of which I was billed five thousand. Imagine during a haircut, it is suggested you need a shampoo without being given a price. You agree, and then afterwards you are charged 500 dollars for it. Point being: the prices billed are far beyond was is reasonable to expect. The billed services are way above the average, and it seems really shady to not indicate that prices for a visit with routine tests are exorbitant. ---- UPDATE: I contacted the number provided below. I was told by the billing agent "the prices are indeed outrageous but that's just what they charge." I was also asked several times "what would you like me to do about it?" The person I spoke to was nice enough, but obviously is paid to argue against you. I filed a dispute against the billing code, but was told "not to be hopeful since these are rejected frequently." Makes sense when the district attorney in your trial is also the judge. Final bill for 90 minutes of some routine tests and an Ibuprofen prescription I'm not kidding: X-ray - $1100.31 EKG - $709.51 Emergency Room L5: $6762.54 Blood tests: $1078.89 Only come here if you have recently been decapitated and it is the nearest provider. At any rate, you will be billed the same as my Ibuprofen prescription.
Fantastic staff and nurses. The front desk staff is approachable and listens. The clinic is safe and not high stimuli. I highly recommend this UC health clinic. It should be a case study for another free-standing emergency rooms.
I felt everybody here took good care of me, it was not busy so I was able to get in right away thankfully. I feel they took the time to listen and understand what was going on with me. I work for a company that sells medical equipment so I work alongside doctors all the time and yes he was blunt with me and what some could consider rude at times, but I came in at 4am on New Years Eve with a pretty intense panick attack. I have a history with anxiety and occasional panick attacks but he doesn’t know that just because I say so. I appreciate the time he took to understand what was going on with me. It was not life threatening even though I might of felt like it was at the time. Thank you to everybody working that night!
I absolutely love this place I can depend them to help me and my family with all our medical needs... I spend the word to the green valley ranch community to go there. This urgent care with be a great assistants.
The best medical teams I’ve ever seen. I went in for a lung complication and I am happy I went here. The Pulmonologists are incredible, the nursing staff is very competent, and the care is unrivaled.
The worst emergency I ever seen in Colorado! We had to leave that area as they titled emergency room after almost three hours with out any check up! They don’t care about the patients! We took our two kiddos to be checked up, but they didn’t want to check our babies and we decided to leave and take them to hospital! Shame on them!
