Great place to go for ice cream. Variety of flavors. Local ingredients used. Delaware Mudpie is delicious!

This is one of the absolute best home made ice shops I've been to, and we've been to quite a few. Great selection of eclectic flavors, and many of them changed frequently. Today had tons of toffee, with big toffee chunks, caramel, and malt. Excellent. Had grandma's gone coconuts (also great), and other flavors. Check it out if you're in town.

Best ice cream in Delaware in my opinion. Tried almost every flavor. People say the lines are long but that's really only if you go on peak hours in spring/summer. If you're a die-hard ice cream fan like me, you'll be cruising through in December for some Peppermint Bark ice cream without batting an eye, skip the lines

Went here after dinner with my girlfriend (visiting from out of state) and arrived at 7:52 when the store closes at 8pm. There was a line, but an employee was at the door turning people away saying they were closed. Very disappointed. I understand people want to close up and get home, but it should come with the territory of working at a landmark that customer service is a top priority.
