Very clean, well lit, and well organized. Costumer service is friendly - they could improve on skin care education. Made up a few things when she got a little flustered. But I have no complaints. I go here to pick up my make up and skin care products. You can get help of you ask and you can be left alone if you say so also I hate when they’re on you constantly asking you stuff. The lines move fast. And they don’t hassle you with returns, which is nice.
Very clean and lovely environment. I was serviced by one of the staff Jaikayla and she was super helpful. She spent just about the whole time I was there helping me and my mom with shade matches and answering any questions we had. The lines also moved very fast even when the store started to get more busy.
I’ve never had bad service or an experience at this store. I had my hair done in the salon with Mya and she did a great job. She was very personable & friendly, I felt like I was talking to a friend. I will definitely be back for my hair needs!
Ulta should sponsor me and my makeup career I come here entirely too much! The service is good. I'm an aspiring makeup artist and this is my go-to store for the items I need. I always need 1 or 2 things but walk out with way more than that ‍
Very helpful staff walking around making sure to answer any questions. Really big selection of different brands. I went for a First Aid Beauty treatment and was very pleased with their knowledge of the product & they were well priced. The sales associates weren't pushy at all.
Ghetto and unprofessional. You can’t tell who works there because they don’t have any kind of uniform. At least a People on the floor. They stayed around in a circle and don’t come up to people and ask if they need anything.
Bought a Kylie lipstick “bad lol thing” To my surprise, it did not have a lip liner inside. I have no time to go and make my complaint because I leave on vacation. I shouldn’t not have to worry about product not being in the box when purchasing.
Great experience at Ulta. Everyone was friendly greeting and helpful. Lauren at the brow bar helped me with my eyebrows. She did a wonderful job and cleaned me up in the face. She was very friendly and helpful with my shopping as well! Recommend her if you need your eyebrows, makeup or eyelashes done. They also have a nice salon inside as well.
Lauren at the brow bar is so sweet she goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience and get the look you want. She enhanced my brows and I literally felt like I looked so different. It’s amazing how different and good you can look when a artist like her helps. Will definitely be coming back I look forward to it!
I recently stopped by with a friend. She needed makeup for a wedding. Dennis went above and beyond to help her find everything she needed. He took the time to ensure the foundation matched perfectly. He also helped her find a gloss, liner and eyebrow pencil. He was very pleasant and helpful.
