Clean environment. Some open palettes available to view eyeshadow. No testers. Pleasant staff. And I caught a good sale on Essence mascara.

Staff at this location are true experts, care and are SO nice! Love coming in to chat and learn new beauty suggestions and finds. Whomever was on the 1/12 PM staff were incredibly helpful and fun to talk to.

Every single time I make an eyebrow appointment with Carissa she cancels on me. The store has never offered a discount or anything to compensate for the inconvenience that happens over and over again. Horrible customer service, total waste of time! She needs to be fired and replaced with someone reliable!

Love this place and I'm so glad that it's in the Graceland shopping center. Lots of great products. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I can find stuff here that I can't find anywhere else.

Everyone here was so kind and helpful. Helped me pick a concealer since we couldn't swatch them. Store is clean and several employees were ready to offer assistance. Covid guidelines were well-endorced and we felt safe.
