The customer service is absolutely horrible. The owner Mike promised me that I would get trees trimmed along with some other work for a special rate, when the work was done all they did was a job that I could’ve have done myself with a lawn mower. These guys are crooks and they’re selling the work of a 14 year old teenager for the price of a high scale landscaping company....

I had Mike come out and he gave me a quote on trimming 6 queen palms and fertilizing my citrus trees. After he left, I had two more companies provide me with quotes and they were no where near as knowledgeable as Mike was and his prices where good. So I scheduled the crew out and they came the following day and showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. From Ashton in the office to Arcel, the crew leader, I was 100% satisfied with this company. I just wish all companies were this professional and courteous. Do not hesitate to call Ultimate Tree, they are the best!!!

Awesome experience. They were here when they said they would. They finished early and cleaned everything up. Just like the Palo Verde was never there. Personable and friendly. 6 stars from me.

The worst company in town.  The workers punctured  the swimming pool's pipe while putting a stack to support a tree..As a result my swimming pool had to be drained and the demaged pipe had to be fixed.
Ultimate Tree and Yard Work never fixed the problem. We had to pay for a plumber to come fix the pipe, drain the pool, and then refill it.
Ultimate Tree and Yard do not stand behind their promises.   They are expert in marketing and selling no so in doing.
