Ultra Care Pharmacy

Went here for COVID-19 booster for our 9 yo. daughter and the pharmacist, Arpit, was was excellent. My daughter is very scared of shots and he displayed a ton of calm and patience. I think we were there for about 2 hrs before we were able to do the shot. He didn't push, didn't rush, just let her get comfortable. He was prepared with a numbing spray for her arm and a warm smile. He's a special person and would definitely go back again in the future.

My family and I are very happy with the personal care, and services we get from this pharmacy. The professionalism of the pharmacist, and his staff is amazing, as they work as a team to meet the particular needs of their clients. Personally, they are part of our health care team that is enhancing our quality of life. Guys, you have all earned my sincere gratitude. Great service to our community!

Staff lacks communication until you’re already frustrated. Ridiculously long wait times for simplest things. Name should be changed because I’ve never seen a group of people who care-LESS. Most definitely will not be going back or recommending anyone else to waste their time with this business.

Careless personnel, huge wait times. Came in to do a Covid test and for the same price as others I got “do it yourself” treatment without any instructions. I’ve never done a Covid test myself, how am I supposed to know. Oh also huge registration process ahead of time, with information that definitely doesn’t need to be shared. 3-4 days wait time as well.

My experience here was unforgettable. I could not be happier with their service. Their staff is extremely professional and friendly. I have many pharmacies much closer to home, but still choose Ultra Care. Definitely recommend!

I called to ask if they accepted fsa cards. The lady who answered the phone rudely asked if I was a “customer” I replied “no, not yet”. She then says “then why are you asking about the fsa card”. Uhhh well I dont know Maybe because I was planning to use my card there and become a CUSTOMER smh sadly I declined to used their services because of this rude interaction over the phone.

Great place!!!! Super helpful staff that always recommend me what I need everytime I get sick. They have the best prices for generic meds. They always take care of their customers never need to worry!!

My friend wanted the tamiflu for one of my roommates. I am new in jersey city. I went to many different pharmacies, finally got it from Ultracare pharmacy. Very fast service. This will be my regular pharmacy for sure!

i have been with this pharmacy since year, great pharmacy and even pharmacist helps to save some dollars on my prescription. they have free delivery and great staff too. try them , you will love it.
