Anthony Mendoza Did an amazing job helping me with some pending transactions getting release back into my account due to another company double charging me. It literally took him less than 10 minutes for him to get that money back into my account for availability. Thank you so much Anthony!
They seem nice and helpful enough and the location is nice. They charge a non-customer flat rate fee to cash a check from their own bank written from a business who does bank there. Which is rather ridiculous and will keep me from ever wanting to bank there in the future.
Very friendly people and very helpful.
ATM is hardly ever working and lucky me today it ate my money then canceled my transaction. This is the second time in one month an Umpqua ATM has ate my damn money!!!!!
Wifi is free there, even after hours.
