Very friendly and helpful staff. Always have solution to your questions or issues. Feels like home.
Worst branch I've been to. Sullen, unhelpful staff that will never recognize you no matter how many years you've been going there. I go to a nicer branch that is farther away to avoid this one.
Manager was rude to me after I was trying to work through an issue with my fathers account. It only took 3 questions for him to give me a disgruntled tone when my father was clearly distressed about the issue. The bank is the last place I want to deal with a uninviting person. I am very disappointed.
As always, Wells Fargo does right by me! Had my card stolen and they fixed me up, no lost money, no worries!
Staff is rude and makes me feel uncomfortable. Every experience I have had here has been unpleasant. If you have the time, go to any other Wells Fargo in town.
There's no way to actually access their ATM outside of business hours so I'm not sure what the point of having one is.
