It's super organized, laid out first by type, then by color. My wife got a really pretty 100% wool turtle neck for $40. That's insane. Checkout was a breeze. Isles are a little small, but I'm a big dude. In that same vein, they'll likely not have sizes beyond XL, so keep that in mind.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE! I’ve bought in store/returned in store for years and happy with that type of transaction. Purchased a jacket online I couldn’t find the size in store, but ended up not being a good fit. Went to the store and was told this was their policy for returning online purchases: 1. Can only be returned via mail for a full refund. Why?!? 2. Online purchases cannot be returned in store - the can only be exchanged for the SAME ITEM size/color varying. But if you see something else you like, they will NOT exchange. 3. No gift cards or store credit available! NOT customer satisfaction guaranteed, and can’t imagine the hassle this will create for them during holiday shopping. Only buy in store unless you are ABSOLUTELY certain you don’t want to exchange it. Terrible policy. Get with the times, UNIQLO. ps: this goes for all of their stores nationwide, not just this location.

Customer satisfaction is not met. Employees rather lose a sale due to being “only a display for mannequin” rather than selling a Uniqlo item to a customer. Where as other uniqlo’s have gone above and beyond and just printed a ticket for an item to be sold. Customers don’t matter in this industry apparently displayed by their managers Florence and Chloe.

A beautiful store I'd never heard of before but my spouse told me about it and we visited while in Boston. Such a great range of product and really helped me add some great colour to my wardrobe

The security guard said I couldn’t enter the store with coffee cup. I told him it’s empty and there’s nothing inside the cup and I was just holding it until I came across a bin. Told me I can’t enter and to leave it on the opposite side of the road. There’s no bin opposite. He refused to let me in, just pathetic!

His products are wonderful and their quality is excellent. I like the various materials and the many designs. All the products captivate you to own them.

Great staff, good quality, but I have have returned everything I bought because they are made in China. Goods made in China are tinted with forced labor. They should be sanctioned by now.

Looks good brand but not all items have same quality. I bought T-shirts with 100% cotton at reasonable prices. They offer discounted prices for online shopping.

This is one the the smaller Uniqlo I’ve been to. It’s on a busy street, and it was packed with people. The staff was very patient and helpful by the self checkout. She reminded me to use the coupon, and helped me with the app. 10/10 for the staff.
