UniSource Energy Services

Phone agent was kind, efficient and helpful setting up a new account but don't let any agent connect you and your information to AllConnect. AllConnect is supposedly a service that helps consumers get the best package deals for utilities, etc in your area. The AllConnect agent tried to pressure me into signing up for services I wasn't seeking. Check out AllConnect at BBB and save yourself the trouble. I asked to speak with a supervisor at UniSource to give them a heads up about this problem and the supervisor who spoke with me was excellent. She said that she will follow-up on my concerns and submit my comments to the powers-that-be. I will upgrade this review if UniSource advises me that they have stopped referring to AllConnect

UES makes it quite inconvinient for customers who work 9-5 jobs. They tell you a technician could come anywhere between 8am-5pm. They get you set up for a courtesy call (which is nice) but then tell you that the technician may not wait 10 minutes for you to drive from your work place to your house because "they're so busy". Really? So instead, you have to miss out of 2 hours of pay to go sit at your house and wait for the technician to get there. If there was another company in Prescott Valley, I'd be using them instead of UES any day.

Called in and received great service. She great to work with and she was able to get us scheduled next day.

Great phone service- Answered all my questions. Very polite and fast. The girl I talked with and I cant remember her name was a ROCK STAR!!!
