The CEO and Corporate staff at UNFI are unresponsive to customer complaints. Poorly run.

Difficult onboarding process that ultimately led us to walk away. A few red flags, such as waiting two weeks for simple login information (so my company could being doing business with UNFI). Both our contacts and two other help desk contacts either could not "find us in the system" or let us know how we could begin working with them. Prior to paying them the set up fees (kissed that goodbye), they refused to give specifics on shipping and handling costs. Finally, almost reluctantly, our account manager gave a vague range instead. At UNFI you'll encounter rigid policy and poor communication. You're on your own with them.
