Great place to ship packages. Nice atmosphere. Clerk at the counter went out of his way to accommodate sending out my items.

I gave it two stars because the employee was nice. But they need to make sure they help the customer, there were 5 of us in the store and 2 waiting out side. The phone rings they answer one of only two employees takes the call and leaves one employees to handle every one waiting in the lobby and out side.

Great place to work

Got workers who are rude and they act like you are bothering them for coming in!! Currently working on getting corporate headquarters to take a look at the whole leadership and workers at this location. Media investigating how fast their drivers drive through local neighborhoods and run through stop signs.

NEVER answer the Phone when i call i scheduled my pick up already three times for 3 diffrent days because they never come to pick it up i am not happy at all for these experience

UPS thank you for helping me tonight. I almost lost it today. You're all the best especially the last 3 people that helped me at 3150 N. 31st Ave in Phoenix, Az. If it wasn't for COVID-19 I would've hugged you all. Thank you for my package. I'll never order a phone ever again through Verizon, but I love UPS.

I just went there to return a package to Amazon it was not crowded and it was fast and easy.
