Today I come to pickup the package I meet Michelle Lufa, who was amazing service super patient. FedEx have hired any one like Michelle Lufa FedEx will be amazing company. Not anymore like Michelle in FedEx anymore. Phone central calling should not pay them anymore. They pick up the phone then turn off in few seconds or say “ hello hello thus my name thank you calling FedEx “then turn off. I feeling bad for FedEx company who hiring those jerk people. Look for Michelle when you come to this location. You will have best help solved your problem looking tracking number. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.....ring the doorbell on delivery. I just got a package stolen because FedEx did not ring the doorbell while I was home--had no idea the package had arrived. Please, ring the doorbell when you deliver it. All my most terrible shipping experiences are with FedEx--how many heart attacks do y'all cause every year?!

Still no customer parking. This location just spent months adding parking spaces for customers. And just like before, 90 percent of the spots are taken by their employees. I could not find parking and found only 2 customers in their lobby once I entered

The gentleman that works the front desk here make my very complicated shipping I do once a month, very easy and go extremely smoothly. Also seems like he has challenging co-workers, but doesn’t let it affect his interactions with costumers. He deserves a raise!

I ordered a 11mm diamond cut cuban link from Bayham priced over $2000. The item required a signature and ID for delivery. Fed Ex was the delivery company and it was never delivered today via overnight priority shipping. Fed Ex tracking said my item was delivered today at 2:24 PM and it was signed for. Again my package never came to me and I never signed and the GPS on my tracking shows they never came to my area where I live. Called Fed Ex and no help, they told me they will call me back for follow up on Thanksgiving We know that ain't happening. I had to call the police to make a report for felony crime. I believe it was the driver, the signature signed is typed and it was the wrong name and obviously no ID was provided. If I could give 0 stars I would, I DO NOT recommend Fed Ex for valuable mail!

I had a package set up for delivery todaY 9/27/2022 driver lied said he attempted to drop off package at 4:01 pm I rewinded the cameras and seen a white van pass by never did anyone ever stop or get out to deliver the package very poor customer service such a inconvenience I called them to let them know as well and lady lied said they will be back out today Lier's.

It is a small place but very convenient. The staff was very friendly.

This office it one of the worst FedEx I have ever seen. They always say that they attempted to deliver my package but they never do. This has happened to me more than once and the time of attempt is always that time that I'm home with my other 4 family members. They really suck. I have called the customer service support but they did nothing about it. I wish that my package was sent with UPS becasue they do what they say and they alway deliver.

Slow service, I wish they had a self check in for receipts if you have a printed shipper already. There's no need to wait 5-7 min for a receipt in today's world.

This place is trash been waiting on my package for a week all because they don't want to knock on the door let alone do there job right also had a package a few months ago that I was supposed to sign and they gave it to the homeless man walking around and they didn't even check what was his name they just let him sign the package and lets not talk about the package handlers always rude and only throw packages around if I could rate them less then one star I gladly would. NEVER EVER GET FEDEX FOR ANYTHING honestly best if you go to UPS.....
