Bad customer service from an employee and the Supervisor name Kenny. Was here to pick up mail, standing in line. Then come to find out they were closed. With out No information or anyone saying they were done/closed. Im waiting on important mail. Plus front door has No signs of the times of operation. Tried to talk with Kenny but didn't give me the time to speak but talking over me customer. Also just walks away when a few of us that were waiting for mail tried to talk with Kenny the supervisor just walks off. Very Poor customer service. If i could give it No stars i would. Just hope that they better there service or i would say get different jobs.
1. I asked the lady to stamp my box "fragile" and "do not freeze." She did neither and something got broken. She must have been extra tired that day. 2. The mail carrier sends back some of my mail "not deliverable," even when the senders have my correct address on them. I'm still waiting on some letters. These are from several different states! What gives?! I give one star, only to leave a comment.
If I could give this place zero starts I would this is the most GRIMEY U.S. Post office I have ever stepped into. They lost my application for the post office box I paid a full year for then after weeks of not getting any mail. I go in in for them to tell me that the keys to the post office box they assigned me which they also assigned to someone else because they found no record of me was turned in by myself. Which was not the case I still had keys in hand so they were putting my mail in a box that someone else also had keys for. I came back several times because I still was not receiving any mail till finally I told the people that work there I wanted my money back and so they prorated it and I got 64 out of 118.00 back. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SOMEONE OBVIOUSLY POCKETED MY MONEY AND THREW AWAY MY APPLICATION WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION LIKE MY S.S.N
This place is never opened at the hours it's supposed to be.. I have had to go to the back for someone to come open the doors.. we have a business to run and I Def don't have time running back and forth to the post office to see if it's opened yet...I will say the 2 workers that are amazing are Lin and Mitch! I feel bad for them this place is so unorganized! Not even sure how they are still open..
They lost a $100 package and tracking number says it was delivered. I reported it missing, and was called shortly after by post office claiming they had my package there. After 3 days of going back and forth, my package was never located and nothing is being done to make it right. Not happy.
This is by far THE worst post office I've ever seen. Aside from the slow service, you don't even have access to your own p.o. box after 4pm. This was a big inconvenience but I've already relocated my company p.o. box address to a real post office where the service is better and I can stop at day or night to pick up my mail. To add insult to injury, this post office has been closed for the past couple months... Closed..!! There's a sign that says "you can pick up your mail at the back door." If you're lucky you might get someone to answer the door. I've met a veteran who gets their meds mailed to them and couldn't get them among other people who had important items they could not get. Some local business owners have gotten together and filed a formal complaint and we all agreed it's time to move on from this post office. Most of us have already switched to another post office. I definitely won't be coming back to this place.
You lost my package and now your office is dodging my calls about the package. I need either the package or the contents reimbursed.
I moved to the West Valley 85015 recently and I’ve noticed a trend of certain mail not being delivered. Any of my mail which contains a gift card and/or money order has not been received. I receive all my other mail perfectly fine. I receive all FedEx/UPS mail without issue as well. The first missing package I contacted the sender, knowing things happen, mail is lost or stolen etc.. I started to worry when I didn’t receive the second package. Now, four packages later, I’m extremely upset I haven’t received a single piece of mail containing a gift card, cash/check sent to my address in two months. The senders are not only losing money, but have to establish new accounts because their account information could be anywhere. It’s very clear packages are being tampered with. The mail is shipping from different areas of the country and the only common denominator is the intake center located at 2727 W. Camelback Road, Phoenix Arizona, 85017. I reached out directly to the center and was instructed to contact the ‘Consumer Affairs’ New Mexico/Arizona Division. Unfortunately, as of 5/11/2020 their pre-recorded message states they’re not accepting phone calls and or rolls directly to voicemail. I’ve worked with the postal service in the past in a professional capacity to help prevent illicit activity for others. I’m hoping this time I’ll receive the same consideration, assistance and responsiveness for myself. I can’t be the only person experiencing issues within this zip code. I’ve reached out to Mr. Stoke, the Postmaster’s office for assistance. I truly hope someone follows up with me and genuine complaints are taken seriously.
This particular post office is stealing peoples mail. I have informed delivery an I order my drivers license three times an it never came but yet I received a notification in my “Informed Delivery “ dashboard that all three of my drivers license had been delivered.
WARNING: This location sucks, the workers are rude and the mail carriers are lazy AF! I check my tracking numbers and say can't be delivered or undeliverable or there was a animal?! We don't have a animal!!! If they are scared of stray cats then something is wrong lol. The phone line is always busy, the main manger is horrible! They have lost my packages in other words, they keep them the front desk people are rude!!! They have attitude and just don't care! I understand you work for the state/government but you don't have to hate everyone that you come in contact with. They have left my packages sitting next to my mailbox where they are free game for anyone to get, if it doesn't fit leave it at the front door!!! If I need human interaction I go to a different location. I have multiple interactions with them and none have been good.
