First of all, yeah, the building isn't in the best shape. Meh. What really counts are the people running it. I recently had a package that was delivered to the wrong address, so here I came, fire and fury, racing inside to fix whatever broken system I had cooked up in my mind at that point. I was helped by Nikko, who graciously called up the Delivery Route Supervisor, Marlene, who took my info down lickety-split, went in the back, and handled business. 5 minutes went by, and she came back out and informed me that the delivery driver had delivered it to the wrong address (it wasn't her normal route), and that it would be delivered back to me immediately. I flew back home, and en-route, received a call from the wife that it was delivered back to the correct address. Talk about handling business, right? Thank you to the wonderful and patient staff at this facility for fixing my logistical woes!!

My wife had an appointment to get her passport here today. When she approached the woman at the counter, she explained she had an appointment and the lady asked if she had her application. She did not due to not being aware of that and the rep that she made the appointment with did not tell her that she needed the application complete at the time of the appointment. Long story short, the woman at the counter was extremely rude, she kept saying "WOW" to my wife and not even explain to her the process. Terrible customer service. It's a shame that nobody ever does anything about their employees treating customers this way.

Very poor customer service. They had a line out door one gentleman just standing there not helping anyone the other one working his hardest to help everyone. Saw some people leave.

This is the worst post office I have ever been in. The staff here is extremely rude to deal with. Lost packages are almost a daily occurrence and if you need to come in for a passport it is a nightmare.

I have had boxes show up at my mailbox, and they said over the phone and on the website that it has been delivered to my mailbox. Well it has been delivered, but to the wrong place, 3 TIMES! Everyone knows the old saying, fool me once... now I'm the idiot. The person on the phone also said the person delivering the mail is a new hire, and she is just going to fire the mail carrier now. Great idea, or you could just train that person who is there now to learn how to read numbers and letters and put mail in the right boxes. Great buisness, I hope USPS goes under soon.
