Ralston Post Office

The manager is a joke! I can see why everyone's mail keeps getting lost. This guy doesn't know what he's doing. He's rude and unprofessional. Big time. Doesn't even deserve one star.

The people there are kind of rude and demeaning. They leave things out of the conversation expecting you to already know and when you don't know they act like you're an idiot.

Absolute shithole of a place. In the past year they've lost three of my packages, and every time I call to find out what's happening, I'm met with, essentially, "uhh... Yeah we lost it. Whoops. *Click*" The most recent case, I ordered something from Amazon and the USPS had to forward it to my new address, a block from my old address (both in Omaha). So, according to the tracking log, the package made it to Omaha on 9/3... And then no updates for a week. I call in to see what's happening, and I'm met with, "WELL YOU SEE SIR, WHEN THINGS ARE FORWARDED, THEY GO TO DENVER TO BE PROCESSED, THEN IT'LL COME BACK." Okay. Whatever. So I wait a few more days, and suddenly on 9/13 my tracking log shows my things in California. I call in again and get, "uh... That's weird, huh?" Zero answers. Icing on the cake is that I e-mailed the official USPS customer service thing explaining my situation and asking for help. I get no response for a week, then suddenly I get a request to fill out a survey rating their response. Hahahahahahaha. Lets just say I rated it poorly. Can't wait for the day we get to vote to stop funding this shithole. Enjoy my tax dollars in the meantime, you thieves.

I usually go to the one in la vista. Staffs are more knowedgeable there.

Confusing parking lot, small lobby, no after hours automated shipping robot like the big post office on 84th and Center, but friendly people, shorter lines usually, they're in the neighborhood, and they haven't lost any of MY packages yet...
