The gentleman was quite nice and friendly, however there was a lineup of 5 people and he was the only person working the counter. I was waiting in line for close to 12 minutes before I was served. Another person should have opened the second spot at the counter to serve customers. 
Overall poor customer service.

Awful customer service, I dread everytime I'm forced to stop in here. No one seems to enjoy their job or is willing to actually help you, makes you feel like a nuisance.

Frequently ignore you when you try to tell them someone doesn't live at the address anymore. Frequently mishandled packaging. Only the least qualified can work at the good old Fremont post office.

I send a package with tracking, and it was never received, not warranty, nothing I lost 150 plus 30 of shipping... file a claim, I never heard back from them... use ups or other.... bad bad service!!

Perfect example of government exployees. Incompetant, slow, wwwaayy less than helpful. Lol cant even help tape a box! AVOID, go to PakMail near Arbys!
