It's easy to forget that we exist to serve the government. I foolishly expected that they would provide good service to me. Got it backwards. I would apologize to them if only they would answer the phone. When was the last time you got a busy signal for hours?

I wouldn’t even give them one star. I had a package that was suppose to be delivered today, a small one and I looked up the tracking number and it says the package was returned to sender because of delivery address, well I get home and check my mail and the carrier delivered my mail but not my package that had the same info as my other mail. This isn’t the first time. I’m starting to think they are stealing, they never can give u an answer. I guarantee my package doesn’t make it back to the sender like it hasn’t in the past. I will be sending all the information back to the sender because it says they should get it. I am thinking about taking legal actions as this is absolutely ridiculous! The ladies said they will call me back after they see what happened so we will see if they do tomorrow!

It would really be nice if the carriers actually made sure they were delivering mail to correct addresses!! It matter's when it's a birthday card for a 5 yr old and goes to one of the neighbors who opens and keeps the gift. IT MATTERS MR. OR MS CARRIER. Some grandmom's don't have extra money to resend!!!

Just moved into a new house, the carrier refuses to take the previous residents mail and return it or forward it, and also refuses to take my outgoing mail. I called and they told me to clip any outgoing mail to the outside of the mailbox, in the rain and wind, so they know to take it. Over a week in and have had no mail go in or out. Very incompetent people.

My package was supposed to be delivered the 11th. It’s now the 16th and still no package. Over the course of the 5 days I’ve called the 800 number and the local office about two dozen times and have not once spoken to a real person. Unacceptable. It would have been easier to drive to CA for my package ham deal with USPS.
