Sent packages to sister on the 7th of March said it would arrive the 12th of March never arrived until the 2nd of April sent package to brother the other day also in Michigan using three day option now it's delayed in California complete opposite direction it needs to be going

Expecting a package. Home all day, go to pick up kids then they stop by. And didn't leave the package. Now I have to leave work to go to the post office and pick it up. Paid extra for 3 day delivery, that didn't come.

I've only been about 5 times. I come from a huge city were people are busy and sometimes rude. I had a great experience each and every time I went. The lines are short. Service is prompt and accurate. The man at the counter is a friendly face with a matching personality.
