I usually send a lot of packages. When i first came in i had over 50 packages to send out the staff was nice and spoke with me while we did the full transaction. Second time I felt bad taking up time and asked about how to make this easier on them coming up, the lady explained the Click and Ship option, where I assume the Manager said the same thing, both extremely friendly. So I ordered a scale and did my own pricing on items with over 200 packages. Excellent service by this Post office! Always happy to stop in.

I went to this location to apply for my passport. The process was very quick and easy. Everyone that helped me was very friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but there's absolutely no way to contact them if you have a problem. I mean, there is -- but the number is out of service when I tried to call about a package that they claim was delivered, but never actually was. I would prefer to deal with the actual local post office that handles my mail, but seeing that's not an option, the only other choice you have is to call the general 800 number and wait at least 45 minutes on hold.

EXTREMELY SLOW!!! I order things online and it takes forever to get it delivered to my home. I have package tracking and my package has sat in Bismarck post office for 4 days! Longer then traveling over 4 states!! AND longer than any other post office that it went to!! STILL waiting hope it shows up tomorrow!

Nice post offic could be a bit more staffed though when i was there there was a line out the door and one guy manageing the whole line i understand that its the end of the year and people like payed time off but it should be at least 2 hands on counters the whole time that guy kinda deserved overtime pay for that.
