Awful. Had numerous packages with missed notices left instead of packages, even when I was at my home. They don’t even try to tell you they’re there, they just leave a notice.

a lady from the post office called me from " no caller ID " and left a voice mail to call them back and ive been on hold for 30 mins now and its only 8:30am .... talk about horrible service.

They came to my home after hours to move my package into a different parcel locker because the other one that the package had a broken lock out of nowhere. I have never seen any business do such a think, I called at 4:55pm and she made time to fix my issue. Thank you so much!!!!! It's been a good experience with then so far :)

Terrible Customer Service, allows vehicles to block mailboxes as long as your friends with the delivery driver. Inconsistent delivery times, most people work until 17:00 and are unable to pickup packages that require a signature maybe you should allow indirect signatures like any other delivery company. Several packages have been lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered to another person or simply delayed for days in the transit from Bismarck to Mandan. The post master is clueless and is incapable of leading and enforcing rules with his drivers. I would gladly pay another company more money for piece of mind that I can trust the staff and service.
