This guy does the bare minimum to take care of this facility with our tax dollars. And they just had the parking lot re painted not too long ago but did a poor job there as well. How did he get this contract?
Great place to get your passport done. The process was completed quickly and easily and my passport was mailed in 4 weeks.
I don’t know why it has such low reviews. I think this is the best usps I’ve been. The staff here work very efficiently. I happen to get the same lady help me every time. She is so nice and helpful! Thank you!
Do NOT mail any important documents with these people!! I never had an issue with this location, but in the last month or so nothing has worked for me. In a matter of 2 weeks, they managed to "lose" an IRS letter addressed to me which they had previously scanned, that's why I know it should have been delivered and a package with tax documents that I mailed to IRS by Priority Mail. The tracking number was useless, as was Customer Service. This is a shame of a public service. To top it off, I scheduled the pickup of a package from my apartment today and I got an email confirming the pickup when nobody had actually showed up!! Unfortunately, I cannot ship it with other carriers because it is a prepaid return but I'll surely be dropping it off myself at a different USPS location. This office could really use new management.
I’ve been in this Post Office many times. I always receive excellent costumer service and believe me, I always need a lot of help. The staff is very knowledgeable and manage big lines with no problem. I have no complaints and only praise.
First time going to this location and was impressed. Clerk was very kind but also efficient. Not too busy on a Friday morning
Dropped a package to the front desk worker over a month ago that was very important to be sent. Even with my tracking number and multiple phone calls made my package can not be found and no one at this branch is of any help in finding it or answering the phone due to the fact that I was only in the area for a hurricane evacuation and I actually live 5 hours away. I’m stuck paying a large fee because this post office neglected to send my package out - let alone keep track of it at all.
The service at this place is terrible. Supervision needs to be terminated. Every single time I come in, the place is understaffed with a long line. Doesn't matter what time. One person up front with 5-10 people waiting. Hopefully the management sees this.
I've ordered two packages that came through this place. Both times it said that they attempted to deliver my package and that they left a notice. I was home all day and no one knocked and there was no notice! If the person who was supposed to deliver it is too lazy to go up to the door and knock then he/she should not have gotten this job! At least the people at the post office are nice and helpful.
Terrible customer dis-service! There's always a long line and people that don't care. With lines stretching almost to the door, postal workers on handling customers will leave and go to the back. No wonder the USPS has attempts to privatize the service which will raise prices and reduce customer service even more. The management needs to be replaced and a new high level of customer service focus has to be implemented if they want to keep their benefits under the current system. Probably no one has explain this to them.
