Universal Detailing

I purchased a vehicle that had an interior that was in very poor condition. So bad, 3 different retailers refused to service it regardless of the cost. I asked a friend if he knew anyone that could help and he introduced me to the owner of Universal Detailing. He agreed to do the work and told me to pick up the van in a week. I just got it back today and I can’t believe it’s the same vehicle. I will be bringing every vehicle I acquire to you. I contacted the owner of this business because a large box of wine emptied itself in my vehicle overnight and my vehicle smelled like liquor. The odor was so strong and my husband and I were unable to remove the smell. Not only were they able to remove the odor, but my vehicle looks new once again. The experience was extraordinary. I called and spoke to the owner Sebastian, told him the problem with my newly purchased used car. The prior owner had a dog and I’m allergic.He told me to bring the car by the next day, he checked it out and explained what I needed: auto detailing, shampoo, steam cleaning and sanitizing and price. He gave me a time frame when it would be ready and sent pics of the work. When I arrived to pick up my car it looked brand new! Smelled and looked good inside and out. Sebastian was very personable, genuine and kind. Also very happy and passionate about his business and satisfying the customer. Great work! I will be back and highly recommend.
